Description
Description
Real apricots. Guilt free sweetness.
At Fit Munch, every batch of dried apricots is cleaned and sorted by hand before packing. Hard, damaged and over-dried pieces are picked out, so your pouch is filled with plump, chewy apricots with a rich, honey-like sweetness and a gentle tang.
Why you’ll love them
Dried apricots are naturally rich in fibre, potassium, iron and vitamin A, and their natural sugars give you quick energy without anything added. When the craving for something sweet hits, a few apricots are a far better choice than mithai, candy or biscuits.
How to enjoy
Snack on them straight from the pouch, or chop them into oats, yoghurt and salads. Soak them overnight and cook them into the classic khubani ka meetha, top it with cream, and you have a dessert your guests will remember. Mix them with almonds, walnuts and raisins for a colourful dry fruit platter, or stuff them with an almond for an easy, elegant treat.
Packed fresh, sealed tight
We pack in small batches so nothing sits on a shelf for months. The resealable pouch keeps your apricots soft and fresh till the last one.
Storage
Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. In hot weather, store them in the fridge so they stay soft and don’t dry out.
