At Fit Munch, every batch of dried figs is cleaned and sorted by hand before packing. Hard, damaged and over-dried pieces are picked out, so your pouch is filled with plump, chewy figs with a honey-like sweetness and that signature seedy crunch.

How to enjoy
Soak 2 to 3 figs in water overnight and have them in the morning, the way our elders always recommended. Have them with a glass of warm milk at night in winter, or blend soaked figs into milkshakes and smoothies as a natural sweetener. Chop them into oats, yoghurt and salads, or add them to anjeer barfi, halwa and a winter dry fruit mix with almonds and walnuts.
