How to enjoy

Heat desi ghee in a pan and fry the gond in small batches on low flame until it puffs up and turns crisp. Lightly crush it and mix it into panjiri with roasted atta, almonds, walnuts and sugar, or shape it into gond ke laddoo. You can also add fried gond to sooji halwa, or mix it with nuts and dry fruits for a rich winter snack.
