Dates

Description

Real dates. Guilt free sweetness.

At Fit Munch, every batch of dates is sorted by hand before packing. Dry, damaged and over-ripe pieces are picked out, so your pouch is filled with plump, glossy dates with a soft bite and rich, caramel-like sweetness.

Why you’ll love them

Dates are naturally rich in fibre, potassium and magnesium, and their natural sugars give you quick energy without anything added. When the craving for something sweet hits, a couple of dates are a far better choice than mithai, biscuits or chocolate.

How to enjoy

Open your fast with dates at iftar, the way it has always been done. Have two or three with a glass of warm milk at night, blend them into smoothies and milkshakes as a natural sweetener, or remove the pit and stuff them with an almond or a piece of walnut for a simple, elegant treat for guests. They also go beautifully into halwa, energy balls and homemade desserts.

Packed fresh, sealed tight

We pack in small batches so nothing sits on a shelf for months. The resealable pouch keeps your dates soft and fresh till the last one.

Storage

Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For longer freshness, especially in summer, store them in the fridge and bring them to room temperature before eating for the softest texture.
